Q man Electronic Queuing System

Manufactured in Sparkford the Sierra Qman comprises of call buttons and a dual 8 segment LED display unit with an adjustable audible announcement.

Communication between the call button and the display is via radio frequency to negate the need for extensive cabling.

Installation can be carried out by one of our technicians or can be supplied as a self install kit.

Options include individual teller lights operation controlled via the from the call button, Dual buttons to allow position sharing and for total queue control can be combined with our Queue assist system shown below.

Reduce your Queue with Q assist.

The simplest way to reduce a queue is to have the correct level of staff at the serving position. too many servers and your costs are to high in comparison to your sales and too few leads to loss of sale and poor customer service.

Queue assist allows you to utilize your staff around the store offering caring out other duties then when the queue builds they can be discreetly called back via a pager to the point of sale.

 Control can either be by colleagues with a back to us button installed at each position or from a central supervisor position.

Queue Barriers

Our range of queue barriers include both rigid and extendable barrier systems.

Extendable systems use “TENSA” belts to enable a queue line to be configured and reconfigured as you wish.

Posts and belts are available in a variety of colours.
