Checkout and Teller Paging.

Our point of sale paging systems allow staff to request assistance off colleagues and managers at the press of a button.

A message is sent direct off the call point to a pager or display unit.

The display not only shows the message but also identifies the calling unit.

Keypad consoles are available in 1, 2, 8, 16 or 24 way.

To keep enclosure size to a minimum shift key options are available allowing up to 54 messages to be held on a single keypad.

Changing Room and Cubicle Paging

Our Changing Room Paging system has been developed to allow the retailer to get the balance between security and customer service.

The changing rooms can be kept locked to gain access the customer simply presses a button to call a member of staff. The member of staff then recieves this message on a handheld pager, phone or on a service desk display unit.

Features include :-

  • Direct call technology no need for central control units
  • Inbuilt Local voice announcement to keep the customer informed
  • Repeat and call escalation
  • PC call logging and statistical data output.
  • Cubicle call points can also be installed so that assistance can be called from inside the changing room ideal when offering tailoring facilities or a on off the peg fetch and try service.

    Customer Call Points

    Our “direct call” call points can be adapted for almost any situation where you need to offer assistance around the store. How many times have you heard the phrase “you can never find a sales man when you want one” or to the other extreme “you get pounced upon as soon as you walk in” coth are off putting to the customer, with the call point you can get the balance right a simple introduction and the customer can call you via a call point when they are ready.

    Two way Paging

    Developed for two major high street banks our two way pager enables a confirmation to be sent back to tellers or operators via the call point.

    This can either change an LED or trigger a local audio message on call points with local audio facilities.

    Receivers

    To compliment our range of call points we also offer a range of receivers to suit varying applications these include :-

    • Handheld Pagers text or bleep only
    • DECT telephones
    • LCD Displays
    • LED Large or small Displays

    Non messaging call points are also available and are coupled with our contact interface boards allowing remote switching of devices.
